Peter Lee, Lead Consultant

Peter is the founder and principal of CultureLink. He began his career as an engineer working in Asia. He is an American who is originally from Seoul, Korea. Peter has been working in Morocco since 2004. His passion is to develop people and teams to reach their full potential.

Ji Hye Lee, Educational Consultant

Ji Hye overseas our educational programs. She holds a M. A. in Education degree from Seattle University. Both a teacher and a learner at heart, she likes to work on her language skills and find ways to relate and connect to those she trains.

Kristin Boyd, Learning Facilitator

Kristin develops and facilitates some of our learning programs and is a regular contributor to our cross-cultural blog where she shares her candid view of cross-cultural life and work. She is also a writer and photographer, and has a background in communications and international affairs.

Sang-Soon Jang, Senior Consultant

Having lived and worked in the region for over two decades, Sang-Soon possesses a deep understanding about its people and culture. Being a consultant’s consultant, he brings many years of experience in relief and development, international commerce, and tourism industry.

Erich Boileau, Business Development Consultant

Erich’s primary focus is in new business development. Erich’s experience in business and training makes him an ideal compliment to our consulting team. In addition to his work with us, Erich also works as a freelance web developer.

Myung Hyun Lee, Program Coordinator

“Maha” is currently a senior at Korea University majoring in business administration and is doing her cross-cultural internship with us. She helps coordinate our cross-cultural programs. She has a strong interest in business marketing, music, and cultural cuisines.
