Processing of Your Birkman® Payment

Important: Please allow up to two business days for processing of your order of a Birkman® package. If you have any questions or issues with processing, please immediately contact us.

Thank you for your interest in our Birkman® Consulting programs. Payments for our internet offerings can be made on our website.  We accept major credit and debit cards through PayPal.

Once your payment is received, a secure link to your online Birkman® questionnaire will be sent to you by an email. The link you receive will take you to the Birkman® secure website. Please enter your information, and follow the instructions on screen to complete the assessment. We advise that you choose a quiet, uninterrupted place and time to take the test. It will take about 45 minutes to complete it.

Once you complete your online questionnaire, we will do our best to send your personalized Birkman® report in Adobe .pdf file within 24 hours. If you purchase a package with a feedback session, our Birkman® consultant will be in touch with you to follow up and make an appointment with you.  Please contact us immediately if you do not receive the report within 24 hours of completing your Birkman® Test.
