How It Works

The Birkman® testing process is simple and efficient. The entire assessment questionnaire is delivered securely online. In order to take the Birkman®, you will only need:

  • A personal computer with web browser
  • An internet connection
  • A quiet, uninterrupted time and place

You can take the assessment at your convenient time and location, 24/7. It takes about 45 minutes to complete the 298-question assessment. The following describes the general process of our Birkman® consulting services for individuals and for groups. We understand that each client has different goals and needs, and we adapt our process to fit the client.

Process for Individuals:

  1. You determine which Birkman package is most appropriate, and then make a payment on our website through Paypal.
  2. Once the payment goes through, we send you an email with a secure link that takes you to the online Birkman® assessment.  Please allow two business days for us to respond with an email or please contact us.  This is due to the fact that the Birkman® does not provide an automated access to the assessment, but is designed for all clients to work with certified consultants for their maximum benefit.
  3. Once you complete the online assessment, we provide you with a personalized report set. (Compare our Birkman packages »)  Please allow for one business day for us to provide your report.
  4. For our Student, Professional, and Executive packages, please make an appointment with us to receive feedback session(s) either in person or over the phone.

Process for Group, Teams, and Businesses:

  1. We will work with you to identify your organizational needs, to set specific goals, and to determine the Birkman® tool sets, applications, and extent of engagement that would achieve those goals with the highest value to you and your organization.
  2. After we have determined the goals and the extent of our involvement, we will provide a proposal with consulting options with varying involvement levels, a price quote for each option, and our recommendation.
  3. Once you agree on the terms of the proposal, we proceed with the project.
  4. In all cases, your participants will take the online assessment.  Once everyone on the team completes the online assessment, we will provide a variety of feedback sessions, consulting seminar, or workshop to achieve the goals we agreed upon.
