How It Works
Our Birkman® consulting process is efficient and effective. The entire assessment questionnaire is delivered securely online. In order to take the Birkman®, you will only need:
- A personal computer with web browser
- An internet connection
- A quiet, uninterrupted time and place
You can take the assessment at your convenient time and location, 24/7. It takes about 45 minutes to complete the 298-question assessment. The following describes the general process of our Birkman® consulting services for individuals and for groups. We adapt this outline to fit the client’s custom needs:
Process for Individuals:
- In an initial pre-consulting meeting, we discuss and identify your personal goals and purpose for Birkman® consulting.
- Once we determine expectations and goals, we provide you with a secure link to take the online Birkman® assessment.
- Once you complete the online assessment, we provide personalized reports and give a 60-90 minute feedback session either in person or by a conference call over the phone or Skype.
- On an agreed upon time, we provide another 60-90 minute follow-up consulting session based on your needs and goals.
Process for Groups or Teams:
- In an initial meeting with the leader or manager of an organization, we discuss and identify your group’s goals for the Birkman® consulting and determine the most appropriate application.
- Then your team members respectively take the online assessment.
- Depending on the needs of your group, a Birkman 360 assessment may be added to do a 360 evaluation by the team and enhance the process.
- Once everyone on the team completes the online assessment, we provide a group feedback and consulting seminar/workshop in a half-day or full-day format.
- We provide follow-up consulting sessions to the manager or leader of your team.
