You cannot take the Birkman® assessment through this website and receive instant results. All our distance consulting packages are provided through personal contact by our certified Birkman® consultant using emails and phone calls. You would get access to the online Birkman® assessment through a secure link we send you by an email.

Essential Package:  $200 USD

Online access to Birkman® questionnaire.This is an introductory package to Birkman Method®. You will receive much of the essential Birkman® information that identifies your interests, career orientation, usual behaviors, needs, and stress behaviors, and your overall behavioral style. This package includes:

  • Your 30-35 page personalized Birkman® Preview Report delivered by email as a .pdf file that includes much of your career and relational data generated by your responses in the Birkman® questionnaire.
  • A 60-minute feedback session with our certified Birkman® consultant over the phone or internet.

CultureLink Package: $300 USD

Online access to Birkman® questionnaire.This package is recommended for working professionals who want to further develop themselves professionally or improve their effectiveness on the job. Our consultant will provide you with more in-depth career and relational data and guide you with personal development and/or career related areas. This package includes:

  • Your 35-40 page personalized Birkman® report delivered by email as a .pdf file.
  • A 60-minute feedback session with our certified Birkman® consultant over the phone or internet.

Leaders and Managers Package: $500 USD

Online access to Birkman® questionnaire.This package includes a feedback on the client’s leadership, managerial, and organizational style in addition to what’s provided in our CultureLink package.

  • Your 50-55 page personalized Birkman® report with advanced data delivered by email as a .pdf file.
  • Two 60-min. feedback sessions with our certified Birkman® consultant over the phone or internet
  • Our consultant will help with analysis and personal application, and provide recommendations in your personal or professional areas as a leader.
