Many teams fail to reach their full potential due to internal difficulties rather than external. Most teams have issues of communication, conflict relationships, lack of trust, lack of being recognized and valued, and ineffective meetings. We offer help to teams so that they can tackle these issues and perform at a higher level as a team.

Our Teamwork program is for organizations and teams that would like to see improvement in their team effectiveness. Utilizing the leading organizational tool Birkman Method®, we identify the relevant team issues, the needs of individual team members, and the team’s work and communication style. Then we help develop strategies and action plans to improve their overall teamwork. Individual feedbacks and elements of our Personal Coaching program are also used to support and equip the client. Depending on goals and desires of the client, 360-feedback can also be used in conjunction with Birkman® assessment.
